1 · This agreement

These terms are between you and ("we", "us"), . By creating an account or using DoseIQ you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old.

2 · What DoseIQ is, and isn't

DoseIQ helps you record a protocol, calculate syringe volumes, track whether you took your doses, and read reference material about compounds. That is the entire scope.

DoseIQ is not:

• A medical service, a clinic, or a healthcare provider
• A pharmacy, and not a seller or supplier of any compound
• A medical device, and not reviewed or approved by the FDA, Health Canada, or any other regulator
• A substitute for a doctor

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Please read the Medical Disclaimer — it is part of these terms and it matters more than the rest of this page.

3 · Your account

• Give us a real email address — it's how we reach you about your account and how you recover access.
• Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
• One account per person. Don't share logins.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and where we reasonably can, we'll tell you why first.

4 · Acceptable use

Don't:

• Use DoseIQ to plan or facilitate harm to yourself or anyone else
• Give medical advice to other people using our content or the Guru
• Scrape, copy or republish the compound library — the data, reference content and guides are ours, and substantial time went into them
• Try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or get at another user's data
• Use it for anything illegal where you live
• Resell or white-label the service without written permission

You keep ownership of what you enter. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, show it back to you, and operate the service.

5 · The Peptide Guru

The Guru is an AI assistant. It is useful and it is sometimes wrong. Treat it as a well-read friend rather than a clinician: check anything that matters, and never let it override a doctor.

Free accounts include a monthly message allowance; Pro raises it substantially, subject to fair use. We may adjust these limits, and we'll give notice before reducing anything you're paying for.

Your questions are processed by our AI provider — see the Privacy Policy. Don't put sensitive personal details into the chat.

6 · Pro subscriptions

Price and billing

• Pro is $9 USD per month, charged when you subscribe and on the same date each month after.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
• Prices may change, but never for an existing subscriber without at least 30 days' notice by email — and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Cancelling

Account → Plan → Manage billing → Cancel. Two clicks, no email, no phone call, no retention gauntlet. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, then drop to Free. Your data stays exactly where it is.

Refunds

• Within 14 days of any charge, ask and we'll refund it in full. No reason needed.
• After 14 days, we don't refund part-months, but you can cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period.
• If we break something significant and can't fix it in reasonable time, we'll refund you whether or not 14 days have passed.

Failed payments

If a payment fails we'll keep you on Pro while Stripe retries and ask you to update your card. We don't cut off access the moment a card expires.

7 · Availability

We try to keep DoseIQ running and we don't promise it always will be. There will be maintenance, and occasionally faults. Because the app keeps a copy of your protocol in your browser, most of it still works when our servers don't — but please don't rely on it being reachable at an exact moment.

We may change or discontinue features. If we retire something you're paying for, we'll give notice and a pro-rated refund.

8 · Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". We don't warrant that the content is complete or error-free, that calculations fit your circumstances, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

You are responsible for what you put into your body. DoseIQ performs arithmetic on numbers you supply and shows reference material. It cannot know your medical history, and it does not decide anything. Check every dose against your own vial and your own judgement before you draw it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as permitted.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, where the law forbids that.

9 · Links and third parties

We may link to suppliers, clinics or other resources. Some links may be affiliate links — see the Affiliate Disclosure. We don't control those businesses and aren't responsible for their products, their quality, or what they do with your information.

A link is not a recommendation to use any compound, and we do not verify the identity, purity or contents of anything sold by anyone.

10 · Changes to these terms

We'll email you before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use DoseIQ after that means you accept the new version; if you don't, cancel and delete your account.

11 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of , , and disputes belong to its courts — except where consumer protection law in your own country gives you the right to bring a claim locally, which this does not take away.
