What to expect
Most people tolerate Boron well. Here is what is worth knowing going in, so nothing catches you by surprise.
The studies behind this are small and short. What effect exists is on free testosterone via SHBG rather than production, so it does nothing useful if your SHBG is already low — and on TRT it can push free testosterone higher than intended, which shows up as oestrogen symptoms. Cheap and low-risk at sensible doses; keep below 20 mg a day.
